It would not block any buttons on the camera and you are able to access not only the battery but even the SD card slot. （NOTE: The item only includes the cage, doed not have the battery grip.）

*【PERFECT PROTECTION】Secure tightly via the 1/4’’ screw on the bottom and the M2.5 screw on the right side, greatly prevent from twisting(Please note that A6000 only could be locked via the bottom 1/4’’ screw). And the rubber pads on the bottom protect your camera from scratching
