This isn't ironed on and is meant to be removed from your fabric when you are done working.

I would advise using that, it also helps when you frame it. This stabilizer is for use with machine embroidery which can have thousands of stitches in just a few square inches. Without stabilizer, the heavy stitching causes the fabric to distort. Really heavy machine embroidery can at times require two layers of this kind of stabilizer.
