IMPORTANT - FIRMWARE UPDATE (JULY 2020): We have released a firmware patch that fixes the following occasional issues:
1. Corrupt/unreadable video recordings.
2. Converter stops recording early/by itself.
3. Buzz/hum from speaker after powering off.
The NEW firmware version is "200602CC.a1." If you converter does not have this firmware version (see the device's menu to check) and you encounter any of these issues, please contact ClearClick to download the firmware update. It is easy to upgrade it. Thank you!
