1) What do the USB plug and the 3.5mm jack for?

The USB plug is only for LED lighting of headset, insert it into PC, it will light up. 3.5mm jack is used to plug it in computer or gaming controller.

2) Does it works with Xbox Controller?

If your Xbox Controller has 3.5mm jack, the headset can plug in and work with directly.

For some old version controller that doesn't has 3.5mm jack, you need to buy an adapter( Not included in the packaging.)

3) I have connected this to the PS4 controller, but I am not getting the video game sound in the headset?

Insert 3.5mm plug of headset into gamepad, then long press PS button or enter system settings.

There will be a peripheral devices, choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "all audio".
