Pairing Your Beat 20

1.When you connect the Beat 20 to the apps and other device, make sure to moisten the strap and wear the heart rate sensor, sprinkle a few water drops on it, so that the strap remains humid.

2. Also note that the Beat 20 should not connect in the Bluetooth settings menu directly (except Nike Running). Instead, pairing through the Shanren Sport app alone. Simply open the app, go to Devices and connect to the Beat 20. Ensure you can connect to the Shanren Sport app at least once before pairing with other apps.

3.Your Beat 20 connects with only to one app at a time on a single device. If you're having issues connecting with a 3rd party app, please ensure all other previously paired devices are disconnected.

4.Plese grant the app the following permissions: Phone memory (for data record & storage) Album (for picture settings) Location (Track& Bluetooth), it will not work properly without them.

Supported devices

Beat 20 captures to be shared with your watch, phone, bike computer or other Bluetooth and ANT+ enabled devices, but it connects with only one device via Bluetooth. Please ensure all other previously paired devices are disconnected.

Third Party Apps Friendly

Compatible third-party apps including Apple Health, Nike Run Club, MapMyRun, Runkeeper, Map My Fitness, Runtastic etc. Beat 20 should not connect in the Bluetooth settings menu directly (except Nike Run). Instead, pairing through app devices connection.
