Q1: Why the earbuds stop charging when I put Flame Lite back into the case?

Reason 1:Earbuds might not be placed properly and it is not in the status of charging.

Solution:Make sure Flame Lite is being properly placed.

Reason 2: Charging case is out of battery.

Solution: To recharge the case.

Q2?How to operate once the Bluetooth fail to reconnect?

Solution: Keep both earbuds in the charging case with the charging case opened, and reset the earbuds: Press and hold the button on the charging case for 6 seconds. Then reconnect to your device.
