The air vent clip only can be installed on horizontal air vents.

To fit a big smartphone, please unscrew the foot knob counter-clockwise behind the phone cradle to adjust the height of the bottom bracket.

As dirt affects suction power, to keep the suction power, we recommend rinsing the suction cup with water periodically and let it air dry before using it again.
