1. Why I cannot charge my device with this charger?

S1) Charger itself doesn't have LED sign.

Q) Have you tried cigar jack charger with QC3.0 chip?

A) If you don't use QC3.0 chip included cigar jack car charger, it may not work or not power on.

We have several car chargers with QC3.0 chip, please look around!

2. My charger has been on but the charger cannot recognize my phone.

Q) Have your phone been with some specific cases?

A) If you use metal material cases or thick cases, the charger recognizes those to foreign objects, thus cannot start charging.

Those items include credit cards, card cases with several cards, cases with metal such as Pitaka, Evutec and etc.

Q) Have you attached expandable grip or other material on the back of your smartphone?

A) If expandable grip blocks the charging coil, it may not available to charge the device.

Q) Have you adjusted the coil area via 3-level pedestal?

A) We have 3-level pedestal to adjust the coil area with your smartphone's one. Please make sure that you made your device fit on the charging area.

(e.x: For Galaxy Note 9, you need to adjust pedestal to the 3 level bottom to use wireless charging.)

Q) Have you attached expandable grip or other material on the back of your smartphone?

3. I am currently using Galaxy S10e, but too much heat is generated from the charger.

A) Wireless charging occurs when the charging coil delivers electronic signal to the smartphone. So, it's natural phenomenon that the heat is generated from this process.

However, you don't have to worry because REDBEAN's most product has overheating function.

Just check once again that you adjusted the 3 level pedestal to fit to your smartphone size then the heat may decrease.
