If the power bank shuts off after 1 minutes, it's due to the current of your laptop being too high. Please don't use your laptop or close the screen of your laptop, then charging it with the power bank.

How to Check Whether My Laptop Will Cause Power Bank Overcurrent or not?

Please Check the label pasted on the adapter. If the output is more than 4.7A, it may cause overcurrent.
