Q: Why isn’t it charging my phone?

A: 1. Please make sure your phone has a wireless charging function.

2. Please turn the small nut on the back of the bracket to make sure the phone’s wireless receiving area is aligned with the QI sign area of the bracket.

3. Try to wireless charge your phone without its phone case.

4. Please check if your car charger adapter is working ok.

5. Please make sure your cable is connected properly or try to change to the Type-C cable. (we have modified the USB C cable)

Q: Why do the arm keep opening and closing when it’s not in use?

A: 1.A part of your body or other things is too close to the infrared sensing area of the clip. When it is not in use, please unplug the Type-C cable.

2. please wait a little bit when you put your phone to the holder, the infrared sensing need some time to a finished action,

3.please touch the rear sensor to open it before you put your phone on the holder if something too close to affects the infrared sensor to keep it closing.

Q: Why does it charge intermittently?

A: 1. Please make sure the back of the phone is smooth, without a metal ring holder, metal attachments or credit cards. Make sure your phone case is NOT thicker than 6mm (0.24 inches).

2. Please turn the small nut on the back of the bracket to make sure the phone’s wireless receiving area is aligned with the QI sign area of the bracket.

3. Please check that the QC 3.0 adapter and the USB C end of the data cable have good contact.(we have modified the USB C cable)

Q: Why does it not fit in the cup holder?

A: 1. Please make sure the cup holder phone mount fits your cup holder.

2. Please make sure the size of your vehicle cup holder is between a minimum of 2.28in to a maximum of 4in in diameter.

Q: Why is it charging slowly?

A: 1. Please use the QC 3.0 car charger adapter as its power source.

2. Turn off any unnecessary apps while wireless charging, so as to reduce power consumption.

3. Please turn the small nut on the back of the bracket to make sure the phone’s wireless receiving area is aligned with the QI sign area of the bracket.

Q: Why the charging cable was shaved on each side?

A: 1. We have modified the USBC cable in order to connect properly.

2. if you replace A charging cable, please make sure it connected properly( you can hear a connection sound).
