2.Please make sure the black audio jack plug into the microphone and the gray audio jack plug into the phone.
3.Please make sure use a 3.5mm TRRS-Lightning audio adapter cable(Original Adapter Cable or MFI Certified Adapter Cable) to connect this microphone to your iPhone when you use this microphone on iPhone.
4.If you need to adjust the recording direction, please press the round button to adjust the angle and do not directly rotate the tripod, multiple direct rotation will cause the tripod to loosen.
5.When used with the Android system, the Mic works well in Audio; If it does not work in video mode, we recommend that you use it with a third-party video app.
