When the two earphones can't pair with each other or can’t connect to your device, How To Reset?
- Insert both earbuds back in to the charging case and close the lid (Power off)
- Forget both devices on your Bluetooth assigned list
- Remove Earbuds from case and wait for the pairing lights to flicker amber and white
- During the pairing process tap both ear buds on the smooth back side a couple of times until you hear multiple beeps come from the earbuds they should power off (Reset Process)
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid
- Open the lid again and search for the following on your Bluetooth available device list 'T12' then select to pair
- After pairing remove the earbuds from the charging case and place them in your ears to test the sound.
